岗位职责
As a Patient Safety Intern at Fortrea, you will gain hands-on experience in a crucial area of pharmaceutical development and patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the collection, processing, and documentation of adverse event reports from clinical trials and post-marketing sources.
Supporting the safety team in data entry, case processing, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Participating in safety database management and quality control checks.

Qualifications and requirements:
Currently enrolled in a healthcare-related degree program (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, Life Sciences) at a university or college.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
