The CEO and General Manager will oversee the MiCAR Broker/Custodian Operations for Payward Europe Solutions Ltd, holding the PCF-8 designation.
This role is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational management of the entity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's vision and strategy for broker and custodian services, aligning with group objectives and regulatory standards.
