As an Intern – ST&I Associate Scientist at IFF, you will support the development and optimization of fragrance and flavor innovations. Your responsibilities include: Conducting laboratory experiments to formulate and test new scent and flavor prototypes under the guidance of senior scientists. Analyzing raw materials and finished products using analytical techniques such as GC-MS, HPLC, and sensory evaluation. Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation for project updates.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Food Science, or a related field. Strong foundational knowledge of organic chemistry and analytical techniques. Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (e.g.
