岗位职责

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving loan sales by engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and offering appropriate lending solutions. Your primary duties include: Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to present loan products, explain terms, and guide them through the application process. Listen attentively to customer needs to recommend suitable financing options for personal expenses, debt consolidation, or other life events. Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by generating leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, follow up on leads, and close loan applications efficiently. Application Processing: Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately, collect required documentation, and verify information. Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely approvals and funding. Customer Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional service throughout the loan lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-funding follow-up. Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to all company policies, regulatory requirements, and lending guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and loan files in the company’s systems. Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff and other sales specialists to share best practices, support team goals, and contribute to a positive, competitive work environment. Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and company product updates to effectively position loan products and address customer questions.
