岗位职责
As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving loan sales by engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and offering appropriate lending solutions. Your primary duties include:
Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to present loan products, explain terms, and guide them through the application process. Listen attentively to customer needs to recommend suitable financing options for personal expenses, debt consolidation, or other life events.
Sales and Business Development: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by generating leads through outbound calls, referrals, and community outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers, following up consistently to close loans.
Application Processing: Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently. Collect required documentation, verify information, and submit applications for underwriting. Communicate approval decisions and coordinate loan disbursement.
Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service throughout the loan lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-funding support. Address customer questions, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all loan transactions comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and lending guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan files, and sales activities in the company’s systems.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch colleagues and support teams to share best practices, coordinate marketing efforts, and optimize workflow. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and sales techniques.
Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates. Attend regular coaching sessions to enhance selling skills and achieve career growth goals.
