Supported Internship Lead

【岗位职责】 负责监督和协调针对有学习困难和/或残疾学生的支持性实习项目；开发并管理与本地雇主的合作关系，以创造有意义的实习机会；设计并实施个性化支持计划，帮助学生过渡到就业；与教育工作者、就业教练及外部机构紧密合作，确保实习生获得适当的指导和便利条件；监控实习生进展，提供职业指导，并举办职场技能工作坊；评估项目有效性，并基于数据驱动改进以提升成果；倡导包容性就业实践，并确保遵守相关法规。 【任职要求】 具备支持性实习项目管理经验；熟悉针对学习困难和/或残疾学生的支持策略；拥有与雇主、教育机构及外部合作伙伴建立和维护关系的能力；能够设计并实施个性化支持计划；具备监控进展、提供职业指导及举办工作坊的技能；掌握数据评估与改进方法；了解包容性就业实践及相关法规要求。

Substantial experience in special educational needs, career guidance, or employment support. Passionate about supporting students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Background in developing partnerships with employers or community organizations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to design and implement individualized support plans. Knowledge of inclusive employment practices and relevant legislation. Experience in program coordination or management preferred.
