【岗位职责】 支持儿童和青少年在结构化项目环境中的发展与照护；实施促进身体、社交、情感和认知发展的适龄活动；在室内外活动中监督儿童和青少年，确保其安全与福祉；协助规划和执行教育及娱乐项目，包括艺术手工、体育、游戏和团体活动；遵循健康与安全规定，维护清洁、有序和安全的环境；观察并向主管报告任何行为或发展问题；与家长和监护人有效沟通日常活动及儿童进展；支持项目日常运营，包括布置和清洁活动区域、管理物资及维护记录；与其他员工协作营造积极包容的氛围；调整活动以满足不同背景和能力儿童的需求；参与持续培训与专业发展以提升技能；确保遵守国防部标准和项目政策；协助用餐和零食时间，确保营养与卫生规范；帮助活动过渡并保持一致的日常安排；为儿童和青少年提供社交技能和冲突解决的指导与支持；营造安全、滋养的环境以促进学习与成长。 【任职要求】 具备支持儿童和青少年发展的相关经验或能力；能够实施适龄活动并监督安全；熟悉健康与安全法规；具备观察和报告行为或发展问题的能力；拥有良好的沟通技巧，能与家长和员工有效互动；能够适应多样化需求并调整活动；愿意参与培训与专业发展；遵守国防部标准和项目政策；具备团队协作精神；能够维护清洁有序的环境；具备基本营养和卫生知识；能够帮助维持日常安排和活动过渡；具备社交技能和冲突解决的指导能力。

All levels require a high school diploma or equivalent, with proof provided. For the Target Level: 18 months of experience in a childcare or youth program, plus completion of DoD-approved competency training courses. Additionally, you must possess and maintain one of the following directly related to the assigned age group: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, Military School Age credential, or other nationally recognized youth development credential. Alternatively, 18 months of experience plus an associate degree with at least 24 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, youth development, human development, elementary education, special education, secondary education, youth program administration, recreation, or physical education. Or a bachelor's degree or 120 semester hours with at least 24 credit hours in the same fields. For the Intermediate Level: Six months of experience equivalent to the CY-01 Entry Level in a group program for children or youth, plus completion of 3 AF modules (or equivalent) and AF Orientation Training Program. For the Entry Level: No previous experience required.
