Compensation & Benefits Intern

As a Compensation & Benefits Intern, you will support the HR team in managing and enhancing compensation and benefits programs. Your responsibilities will include: Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting compensation and benefits data to support decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for management review. Market Research: Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages. Research industry trends and best practices. Program Administration: Help administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Support the annual compensation review process. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with legal requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies. Provide guidance and clarification as needed. Project Participation: Contribute to special projects related to total rewards, such as job evaluation, salary structure design, or benefits optimization. Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to align compensation and benefits strategies with organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Interest in compensation and benefits practices and HR operations. - Prior internship or work experience in HR or data analysis is a plus.
