Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. No prior sales experience is required, but a basic understanding of business principles is beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent required; currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
