Graduate/Entry-Level Site Engineer - Louisiana

As a Graduate/Entry-Level Site Engineer, you will implement and support augmented reality (AR) technology on construction projects in Louisiana. Your primary responsibilities include: On-Site AR Implementation: Deploy and operate the Atom headset, an engineering-grade AR device, to overlay holographic models onto physical construction sites. Set up equipment, calibrate systems, and ensure accurate alignment with project blueprints. Quality Assurance and Verification: Use AR to verify that construction work aligns with design specifications. Identify discrepancies, document issues, and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with delivery timescales and budgets. Data Collection and Reporting: Capture site data through AR tools, generate reports on project progress, and communicate findings to project managers and engineering teams. Maintain logs of AR sessions and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and contractors to integrate AR workflows into daily operations. Provide training and support to team members on using the technology effectively. Technical Support and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on AR equipment, update software, and resolve hardware or software problems. Assist in testing new features and provide feedback to the development team. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all site safety protocols and ensure AR equipment is used safely. Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety on site.
