EHS coordinator - Entry level/ Recent graduates

As an EHS Coordinator (Entry Level / Recent Graduates), you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our environmental, health, and safety programs at our El Paso, TX location. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating in the development and implementation of protocols for all EHS programs and systems to ensure a safe and clean work environment. You will identify and control hazards that could harm employees, contractors, visitors, or any party working at or visiting the site. Additionally, you will provide onsite safety support, conduct inspections and audits, assist in incident investigations, and help maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You will also participate in training sessions and safety meetings to promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Recent graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of EHS regulations and standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
