Branch Associate

As a Branch Associate, you will play a key role in supporting branch operations and customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities include: - Supporting individual and branch sales goals by assisting with customer outreach and follow-up. - Developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones throughout the loan process and loan lifecycle. - Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth experience. - Collaborating with branch team members to meet performance targets and operational standards. - Learning and applying lending and servicing procedures to contribute to branch efficiency. - Handling administrative tasks related to loan documentation, data entry, and record keeping. - Identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs. - Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you should have: - High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building customer relationships. - Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services is a plus. - Willingness to learn and grow within the lending and servicing industry.
