【岗位职责】 作为学徒会计团队成员，您将支持经销商集团的财务运营，执行多种会计和行政任务。主要职责包括协助准备和处理发票、采购订单及付款流程；核对供应商对账单和客户账户，确保所有交易的准确性和及时性；协助维护总账、录入日记账分录，并支持月末结账程序；帮助进行数据录入、归档及维护有序的财务记录；与会计团队协作解决差异，并回应内部及外部查询。通过学徒培训，您将接受在职指导和培训，以发展应付账款、应收账款及基础财务报告方面的技能；同时学习有效使用会计软件和经销商管理系统。您的角色将有助于财务部门的顺畅运行，并支持多个地点的整体业务运营。 【任职要求】 无特定任职要求列出，但作为学徒岗位，您应具备学习意愿和基础会计知识，能够适应团队合作并处理细节性任务。

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and a keen interest in pursuing a career in accounting or finance. You must have good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work accurately with numbers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. You should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with team members and external contacts. You must be a team player with a proactive and positive attitude. No prior accounting experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop is crucial. You should have at least five GCSEs at grades A*-C (or equivalent), including Mathematics and English. A commitment to completing an apprenticeship program and studying towards a relevant qualification is expected.
