Recruitment Consultant (Trainee/Graduate)

As a Recruitment Consultant (Trainee/Graduate), you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building and maintaining client relationships. Your key duties include: Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Proactively identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the engineering, technical, IT, and finance sectors. Understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Build a pipeline of potential clients and negotiate terms of engagement. Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients and candidates. Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and management to share best practices, support team goals, and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
