Graduate / Trainee Tech Sales Representative (Engineering SaaS)

As a Graduate / Trainee Tech Sales Representative, you will join a global engineering consultancy specializing in digital engineering SaaS solutions. Your primary responsibility is to drive new business development within the UK market, focusing on expanding the company's footprint. You will receive comprehensive 1-on-1 training to master the product suite and sales methodologies. Your day-to-day activities include identifying and prospecting potential clients in the engineering sector, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the account management team to ensure smooth handovers and contribute to building a scalable sales process. Over time, you will have direct progression opportunities into account management, where you will manage key client relationships and upsell additional services. Additionally, you will play a role in team development, potentially helping to recruit and train future sales representatives as the UK office expands. This role is hybrid, requiring a mix of remote work and presence at the Bristol office for client meetings and team collaboration.

Bachelor's degree (any discipline) or equivalent graduate-level qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to succeed in a sales environment. No prior sales experience required, but a keen interest in technology and engineering is essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, growing team. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. Full UK driving license preferred for client visits.
