Registered Nurse(Inpatient)

【岗位职责】 提供住院患者直接护理服务，包括评估患者状况、给药、监测生命体征及协调护理计划；整合生物心理社会概念、认知技能与技术实践，护理基础或复杂需求患者；与跨学科团队协作，确保以患者为中心的护理，遵循循证实践与监管标准；参与患者教育、出院计划及护理记录；指导护理助理或新员工，承担领导职责；参与持续教育、研究或质量改进项目，促进专业发展；适应快节奏住院环境，灵活轮班（含周末及节假日）。 【任职要求】 具备注册护士资格；掌握基础及知识性护理技能，发展技术能力；能够整合生物心理社会概念与认知技能；具备评估、给药及监测能力；熟悉循证实践与监管标准；具备团队协作与沟通能力；有指导或培训经验者优先；承诺持续专业发展，参与教育及研究活动；能适应灵活排班及高压工作环境。

Basic Requirements: Must be proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by ACEN or CCNE at the time of program completion. Alternatively, individuals attending a master's level bridge program in nursing with coursework equivalent to a bachelor's level degree may be appointed temporarily upon state licensure and converted to permanent after graduation. Graduates of foreign nursing schools must possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted registration; credit for education beyond associate degree requires formal equivalency validation from a recognized evaluation service like ICD. Must hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Graduate Nurse Technician (GNT) exception: Candidates meeting education requirements but lacking licensure may be appointed on a 120-day temporary appointment while pursuing licensure, extendable up to two years. Grade Determinations: Nurse I, Level I requires an Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing with no additional professional nursing experience. Nurse I, Level II requires an ADN or Diploma in Nursing plus 1 year of specialized nursing experience equivalent to Nurse I, Level I, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. All candidates must meet dimension requirements in Practice, Veteran/Patient Driven Care, Leadership, Professional Development, and Evidence-Based Practice/Research as detailed in the online assessment.
