- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a construction management, engineering, or related degree program - Strong interest in pursuing a career in construction project management - Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Strong organizational and time management skills - Effective communication and teamwork abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Willingness to learn scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination - Dependable and detail-oriented mindset
