2026 Canon Insights Summer Internship - Corporate IT, App Analysis & Digital Experience

The Corporate IT, App Analysis & Digital Experience intern will support the analysis, optimization, and enhancement of enterprise applications and digital user experiences. Key responsibilities include: - Application Analysis: Assist in evaluating the performance and functionality of corporate IT applications, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting findings. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making for application upgrades or replacements. - Digital Experience Support: Collaborate with the digital experience team to monitor and improve user interfaces and workflows across internal platforms. Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable recommendations for enhancing usability and efficiency. - Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing cycles for new application features or system updates, including creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting bugs. Ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations, processes, and user guides. Prepare reports on application performance metrics and user satisfaction levels. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to align application capabilities with business needs. Attend meetings to discuss project requirements and progress. - Project Support: Assist in managing small-scale IT projects, including tracking milestones, coordinating tasks, and communicating updates. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines. - Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging trends in application analysis and digital experience technologies. Propose innovative solutions to streamline operations and improve user engagement. - Incident Resolution: Help troubleshoot application issues reported by users, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. Track incidents and resolutions in the IT service management system.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of enterprise applications and digital user experience principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with testing methodologies and IT service management tools is a plus. Prior internship or project experience in IT analysis or digital experience is preferred.
