As a Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing financial solutions to customers. Your primary duties include: - Engaging with customers to understand their financial needs and offering appropriate loan products. - Conducting outbound sales calls to generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities. - Processing loan applications, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with company policies. - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. - Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets in a competitive environment. - Collaborating with team members to share best practices and support overall branch goals. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, from application to closing. - Staying informed about product offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements. - Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
