Summer Intern

As a Summer Intern, you will contribute to early talent and apprenticeship programmes while assisting the business with defined projects over an 8-12 week placement. Your responsibilities include supporting the Residential Management Group in preparing young people for work by collaborating with local schools, colleges, and universities. You will work on specific projects assigned by the team, which may involve data analysis, administrative tasks, and coordination with various departments to ensure project milestones are met. You will also participate in team meetings, provide updates on project progress, and help streamline processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in organizing and facilitating events or workshops related to talent development, and contribute to the overall success of the summer internship programme by offering fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.

Currently enrolled as a student or a recent graduate seeking experience in a large business environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Organizational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work setting. No prior work experience required, but a proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute are essential.
