岗位职责
As a Property Management Apprentice, you will participate in an 18-month structured programme designed to prepare you for a career in residential property management. Your responsibilities will be organized across several key functional areas:
Property Operations: You will assist in the day-to-day management of residential properties, including coordinating maintenance and repair requests, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with tenants to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, fostering positive landlord-tenant relationships.
Administrative Support: You will support the property management team with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate property records, processing tenancy agreements, and managing documentation related to move-ins and move-outs. You will also handle correspondence and update internal systems with relevant property data.
Customer Service: You will serve as a point of contact for tenants and leaseholders, responding to queries via phone, email, and in person. You will help manage complaints and escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Financial Administration: You will assist with rent collection, processing payments, and reconciling accounts. You will also support the preparation of financial reports and budgets under the guidance of experienced property managers.
Compliance and Legal: You will learn about and help ensure compliance with relevant housing laws, tenancy legislation, and company policies. This includes assisting with the preparation of legal notices and attending court proceedings when necessary.
Team Collaboration: You will work alongside a team of property managers, surveyors, and administrative staff, participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will also receive mentorship and on-the-job training to develop your skills in property management.
