Apprentice Sales Advisor - Uncapped Commission

As an Apprentice Sales Advisor, you will be the face of EE, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibilities include: - Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending tailored mobile, broadband, and tech solutions. - Achieving personal and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling of products and services. - Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EE’s product range, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate advice. - Processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and managing stock levels on the shop floor. - Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and high-energy store atmosphere. - Participating in training sessions and on-the-job learning to develop sales techniques and customer service skills. - Adhering to company policies, including health and safety, data protection, and sales compliance standards. This role offers a structured apprenticeship program where you will gain practical experience while working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service over 15 months. You will be supported by mentors and managers to build a foundation for a long-term career in retail sales and customer service.
