As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Sales, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Your primary duties include:
Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and engage with new clients across Engineering, Technical, IT, and Finance sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract top-tier candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Sales and Business Development: Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research. Negotiate fee structures and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations. Ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Develop strategic approaches to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on key metrics.
Collaboration and Growth: Work closely with senior consultants and management to share best practices. Participate in training programs to enhance sales and recruitment skills, with a clear path to team leadership and management roles.
