As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating job offers. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to identify and attract top talent. Conduct initial phone screenings and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and specific role requirements. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and market insights.
- Job Advertising and Marketing: Write and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Develop targeted marketing strategies to promote roles and enhance employer branding.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional process. Gather feedback from both parties to refine search criteria and improve future matches.
- Offer Management and Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and benefits packages within client guidelines, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Market Research and Networking: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Attend industry events and build a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities and candidate referrals.
- Administrative and Compliance Tasks: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, client satisfaction, and placement volume. Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance skills and achieve career progression goals.
