Graduate / Junior Salesperson (Full Training)

As a Graduate / Junior Salesperson, you will receive full training to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities include: Sales Execution: Proactively engage with potential clients to promote and sell products or services, focusing on engineering, IT, tech, and finance sectors. Utilize provided training to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and progress through CRM tools. Prioritize tasks to meet or exceed sales targets. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies. Performance Tracking: Regularly review your sales performance against targets, seeking feedback and coaching to continuously improve. Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales team members and other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
