Staff Psychologist-Recruitment/Relocation Incentive - EDRP Approved

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、制定并实施治疗计划、提供个体和团体心理治疗、以及进行危机干预；与跨学科团队协作以协调患者护理，参与治疗计划会议，并促进项目开发与评估；按照VHA政策维护准确的临床文档，监督心理学实习生（如分配），并参与质量改进计划；向其他医疗专业人员提供咨询，并参与外展活动以增强退伍军人对心理健康服务的可及性。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业资质，符合VHA对员工心理学家的任职标准；拥有在退伍军人健康管理局或类似机构提供心理服务的经验；能够有效进行心理评估、治疗和危机干预；具备团队协作和跨学科沟通能力；熟悉VHA政策和临床文档要求；有监督和培训心理学实习生的能力；愿意参与质量改进和外展活动。

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment (excluding school psychology). Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any area of psychology with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature. Must have successfully completed an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship, or meet alternative internship requirements as specified by VHA policy. Candidates must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Non-licensed applicants may be appointed temporarily as a graduate psychologist at GS-11 or GS-12 for up to two years, under supervision, with licensure required within that period. United States citizenship and English language proficiency are required.
