Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist

As a Licensed Master Cosmetologist / Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services to clients, including precision cutting, advanced coloring, and texture services. Your primary duties include consulting with clients to understand their desired looks, recommending appropriate styles and treatments, and executing services with technical expertise. You will manage your own client book, building and maintaining a loyal clientele through exceptional service and professionalism. Additionally, you will stay updated on current trends and techniques in cosmetology, ensuring your skills remain competitive. You will also maintain a clean and organized work station, adhere to health and safety regulations, and contribute to a positive salon environment. This role requires you to work independently while collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction and salon efficiency.

Must hold a valid Master Cosmetology license. Proven experience as a stylist with advanced technical skills in precision cutting, advanced coloring, and texture services. Ability to bring and manage your own client book. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; cosmetology school graduate preferred.
