Student Internship

As a Student Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the electrical transformer industry by supporting various operational and technical functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the assembly, testing, and maintenance of electrical transformers under the guidance of experienced technicians and engineers. You will learn to interpret technical drawings and specifications, perform quality control checks, and document test results to ensure compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will participate in inventory management tasks, such as tracking parts and materials, and help maintain a safe and organized work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production schedules and troubleshoot basic issues that arise during manufacturing processes. This internship provides exposure to real-world projects, allowing you to develop practical skills in electrical systems, problem-solving, and teamwork. You will also attend training sessions and meetings to deepen your understanding of transformer operations and company procedures. By the end of the internship, you will have contributed to key projects that impact business efficiency and product quality.

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to electrical engineering, industrial technology, or a similar field. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Prior internship or work experience in a manufacturing or technical setting is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
