岗位职责
As a Learning & Development Intern at DPG Media, you will support the Academy team in delivering engaging learning experiences across our Antwerp and Vilvoorde locations. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the coordination and administration of training programs and workshops.
Supporting the development of learning materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
Helping to maintain and update the central learning platform (Academy) with relevant resources.
Collaborating with the BENE team to analyze training needs and gather feedback from participants.

We are looking for a motivated intern who meets the following qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study (e.g., Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or Business).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
