岗位职责
As a Stage HR intern at Air Liquide Healthcare, you will support the HR department in various operational and strategic tasks. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
Helping organize training sessions and development programs.
Participating in HR projects, such as performance management or employee engagement initiatives.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.
