As a Chef or Cook at Urbanecho Holdings Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals across our venues. Your responsibilities will include: Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak service times. Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies to maintain adequate levels.

To succeed in this role, you should possess: Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen environment (minimum 2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.
