Entry-Level Quantity Surveyor needed in Cape Town with a BSc in Quantity Surveying and 1-3 years of
岗位职责
As an Entry-Level Quantity Surveyor, you will support the consulting team in managing all aspects of cost and contract administration for construction projects.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
You will participate in site visits to measure and record quantities of work completed, and help in the preparation of progress reports and payment certificates.
You will also assist in the evaluation of subcontractor quotations and the negotiation of contracts.

BSc Quantity Surveying degree.
1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Basic knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices.
Fast learner with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
Must have own transport.
Based in Cape Town.
