Staff Psychologist - RECRUITMENT/RELOCATION INCENTIVE, EDRP AVAILABLE

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理评估服务，诊断精神障碍，特别是复杂或异常病例；进行心理评估，包括诊断性访谈、认知和人格评估，以及针对个人、团体和家庭的循证心理治疗干预；制定、实施和记录治疗计划，监测患者进展，并根据需要调整干预措施；与跨学科团队协作协调患者护理，为其他医疗专业人员提供心理问题咨询，并参与治疗计划会议；提供危机干预服务，包括自杀风险评估和急性心理困扰管理；参与项目评估和质量改进计划；监督心理学实习生，包括实习医生和实习学生；根据机构政策和专业标准，及时准确地维护临床文档；可能被分配到医疗中心内的各种临床环境，包括门诊心理健康诊所、住院病房或初级保健心理健康整合项目。 【任职要求】 持有心理学博士学位或同等学历；完成美国心理学会认可的实习项目；获得或符合州心理学执照资格；具备处理复杂或异常心理病例的临床经验；熟悉循证心理治疗干预方法；具备跨学科团队协作和咨询能力；有危机干预和自杀风险评估经验者优先；有项目评估或质量改进经验者优先；有监督心理学实习生经验者优先；能够适应不同临床环境的工作安排。

Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program. Completion of an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship. Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a state, territory, or commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia. Non-licensed applicants may be appointed temporarily as a graduate psychologist for up to two years under supervision. Board certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology is required for applicants whose internship was not accredited at the time of completion. United States citizenship required; non-citizens may be appointed only when qualified citizens are not available.
