Staff Psychologist (BHIP) - EDRP/Recruitment/Relocation Approved

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、诊断心理健康状况、为多样化患者群体（重点关注退伍军人）提供循证心理治疗；制定并实施个性化治疗计划，运用认知行为疗法、辩证行为疗法和创伤聚焦干预等多种治疗模式；执行危机干预和风险管理评估，与跨学科团队协作确保协调护理；为其他医疗提供者提供心理问题咨询，参与治疗团队会议，并促进项目开发和质量改进计划；按照专业标准和机构政策维护准确及时的临床文档；根据需要参与心理学实习生及其他员工的督导和培训；参与外展活动，在退伍军人社区推广心理健康服务；遵守伦理指南和VA规定，致力于在以支持和康复为导向的环境中提供以患者为中心的护理。 【任职要求】 具备心理学博士学位（临床或咨询心理学优先）；持有有效的州心理学执照；完成美国心理协会认可的实习项目；有退伍军人或创伤人群工作经验者优先；熟悉循证心理治疗和评估工具；具备危机干预和风险管理能力；优秀的沟通和团队协作能力；能够遵守伦理准则和VA法规；承诺提供以患者为中心的护理。

Qualifications include a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, or a re-specialization program meeting specific criteria. Completion of an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship is required, with exceptions for board certification or pre-1979 internships. Candidates must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Non-licensed applicants may be appointed temporarily for up to two years under supervision. Preferred experience includes crisis intervention and risk management, working with interdisciplinary teams, evidence-based therapies, and experience with the veteran population. U.S. citizenship and English language proficiency are required. Physical requirements per VA Directive and Handbook 5019 must be met.
