Staff Psychologist-EDRP and RECRUITMENT/RELOCATION INCENTIVE

【岗位职责】 提供全面的心理评估、诊断和循证心理治疗服务；制定并实施治疗计划；提供危机干预；与跨学科团队协作以确保综合护理；按照VA政策维护准确的临床文档；参与项目评估和质量改进计划；根据需要监督心理学实习生；为其他医疗提供者提供咨询；参与制定临床方案；参与符合机构使命的研究活动；为患者及其家属提供教育和支持；主持团体治疗会议；根据分配执行其他临床职责以满足退伍军人需求。 【任职要求】 具备在退伍军人事务医疗环境中提供综合心理服务的专业能力；持有心理学相关执业资格；熟悉循证心理治疗方法；具备评估、诊断和治疗计划制定经验；掌握危机干预技能；能够与跨学科团队有效协作；熟悉VA临床文档标准；有项目评估和质量改进经验；具备监督心理学实习生的能力；有临床方案制定和研究参与经验；能够提供患者及家属教育和支持；具备团体治疗主持能力。

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with a specialty area consistent with the assignment (excluding school psychology). Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any area of psychology with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program is acceptable. A doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature may also qualify. Candidates must have completed a professional psychology internship accredited by APA or CPA, or meet alternative internship requirements as specified by VA policy. A full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia is required. Non-licensed applicants may be considered for a temporary appointment as a graduate psychologist for up to two years under supervision. Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory. U.S. citizenship is required, though non-citizens may be appointed when qualified citizens cannot be recruited.
