Staff Psychologist (Pain Clinic)

【岗位职责】 负责为慢性疼痛患者提供全面的心理服务，包括进行心理评估、制定并实施循证治疗方案、提供个体和团体心理治疗（如认知行为疗法、接纳承诺疗法和正念干预）；与跨学科团队（医生、护士、物理治疗师等）协作，将心理护理整合到整体疼痛管理计划中；进行诊断评估以识别共病心理健康问题（如抑郁、焦虑或物质使用障碍）并调整干预措施；参与治疗计划会议，为其他医疗人员提供疼痛心理方面的咨询，并参与项目开发和质量改进计划；保持准确及时的临床文档记录，符合专业和监管标准；可能负责监督心理学实习生或其他心理健康工作人员；参与持续专业发展，紧跟疼痛心理学最佳实践。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业资质，能够胜任疼痛诊所的心理服务职责；熟悉慢性疼痛的心理评估和循证治疗方法；具备与跨学科团队协作的能力；能够进行诊断评估并处理共病心理健康问题；具备良好的临床文档记录能力；有监督经验者优先；致力于持续专业发展并掌握疼痛心理学领域最新实践。

Applicants must meet all requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Basic requirements include: United States Citizenship; English Language Proficiency; a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program (with specialty area consistent with assignment, excluding school psychology) or a doctoral degree in any area of psychology with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature. Additionally, applicants must have successfully completed a professional psychology internship accredited by APA or CPA at the time of completion (or meet alternative internship requirements as specified). Licensure: Hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Non-licensed applicants may be given a temporary appointment as a graduate psychologist for up to two years under supervision. Grade determinations: GS-11 (Entry Level) requires no experience beyond basic requirements; GS-12 (Developmental Level) requires at least one year of experience as a professional psychologist equivalent to GS-11.
