Staff Psychologist - Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) - EDRP Authorized

【岗位职责】 在行为健康跨学科项目（BHIP）中，为多元患者群体提供全面的心理服务，包括：进行心理评估、诊断心理健康状况、实施循证心理治疗干预；与BHIP团队成员协作，制定并执行个性化治疗计划，确保项目内护理的连续性；处理危机干预、风险评估，并与其他医疗提供者协调以满足复杂患者需求；参与项目评估和质量改进计划，协助制定临床方案和最佳实践；为其他员工提供心理问题咨询，按分配督导心理学实习生；参与研究活动，如设计和执行临床研究项目；根据监管标准维护准确及时的临床文档；参加跨学科团队会议，讨论患者进展和治疗调整。 【任职要求】 具备心理学相关专业博士学位或同等学历；持有有效的心理学家执业执照；在行为健康跨学科团队环境中工作的经验；精通心理评估、诊断和循证心理治疗技术；具备危机干预和风险评估能力；有临床督导经验者优先；熟悉研究方法和项目评估；良好的跨学科协作和沟通能力；能够遵守监管标准并保持文档准确性。

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with the specialty area consistent with the assignment. Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any psychology area with completion of an APA or CPA accredited re-specialization program, or a doctoral degree awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a dissertation primarily psychological in nature, is acceptable. Completion of an APA or CPA accredited professional psychology internship is required; exceptions apply for board-certified psychologists or those with equivalent supervised internship experience. Candidates must possess a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Non-licensed applicants may receive a temporary appointment as a graduate psychologist for up to two years under supervision. For GS-12 level, at least one year of experience as a professional psychologist equivalent to GS-11 is required, along with demonstrated knowledge of psychological treatments and assessment methods, ability to design treatment strategies, incorporate new clinical procedures, conduct research, and perform basic research tasks. U.S. citizenship and English language proficiency are required.
