New Graduate

As a New Graduate at Continental, you will contribute to the development and optimization of tire solutions that enhance mobility safety, intelligence, and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include: Research and Development: Assist in designing and testing new tire products for car, truck, bus, two-wheel, and specialty tires. Conduct performance evaluations and analyze data to improve tire durability, fuel efficiency, and traction.

To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, materials, or industrial), data science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
