Travel Occupational Therapist

As a Travel Occupational Therapist, you will provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating patients' functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills, and documenting patient progress. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, adapt therapeutic activities to meet patient goals, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
