Collections Intern

As a Collections Intern, you will support the finance team across a US & Canada environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in collections processes, client communication, and account management. Your responsibilities include: Assisting with the collections process by monitoring and following up on outstanding accounts receivable. Communicating with clients via phone and email to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans. Maintaining accurate records of collection activities and client interactions in the system.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
