Apprenticeship Specialist

As an Apprenticeship Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting apprentices and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey. Your primary responsibilities include: Apprentice Support: Guide apprentices through the registration, training, and certification processes, providing personalized advice and resources to help them succeed. Employer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, helping them understand apprenticeship programs, recruit suitable candidates, and navigate compliance requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience: At least 2 years of experience in apprenticeship coordination, workforce development, career counseling, or a related field.
