Supervisory Social Worker - Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary

The Supervisory Social Worker in the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary program is responsible for overseeing clinical social work services and supervising a team of social workers. Key duties include: Supervision and Leadership: Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and guidance to supervised social workers. Delegate authority, manage priorities, coordinate work, and follow up on pending issues to ensure accurate and timely completion of duties. Clinical Oversight: Ensure the provision of high-quality clinical social work services by supervised staff.

Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship (non-citizens may be appointed only when qualified citizens cannot be recruited per VA Policy). Education: Master's degree in social work from a school fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
