As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Mastercard's critical payment systems.
Your key responsibilities include:
System Reliability & Incident Management: Design and implement robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies to maintain high availability of production systems.
Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement to prevent recurrence of incidents.
