As a Product Specialist, you will operate at the pre-sales stage of the sales cycle, engaging with clients and supporting the sales team. Your primary responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and present product solutions effectively. - Conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships through confident and professional communication. - Providing commercial insights and feedback to the product development team based on client interactions. - Supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience. - Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance product positioning. - Contributing to sales materials and documentation to support client engagements. This role requires a commercially-minded individual with sales energy and the ability to engage with clients at a senior level. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to drive business growth.
