QMHP Internship

【岗位职责】 支持以康复为核心的心理健康护理，包括客户观察、基础心理社会评估、文档记录及参与治疗计划制定；协助开展团体与个体干预，与多学科团队协作，并坚持创伤知情、以人为本的实践。 【任职要求】 无明确列出，但需符合QMHP实习生身份要求，并具备在住宅环境中进行实践的能力。

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a graduate program in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field - Knowledge of recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered care principles - Ability to conduct basic psychosocial assessments and document client observations - Strong collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams - Interest in supporting group and individual mental health interventions - Willingness to work in a residential setting under supervision
