- Knowledge of recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered care principles
- Ability to conduct basic psychosocial assessments and document client observations
- Strong collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in supporting group and individual mental health interventions
- Willingness to work in a residential setting under supervision
