岗位职责

The Training and Accreditation Program Manager oversees, plans, and coordinates all training activities within the Child Guidance Clinic (CGC) of the Court Social Services Division (CSSD). This role ensures that training programs align with clinic goals and accreditation standards, supporting youth involved in the District of Columbia's juvenile justice system who are not committed to the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive training plans for clinical staff, interns, and other personnel within the CGC. - Managing the accreditation process for training programs, ensuring compliance with relevant professional and regulatory standards. - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to schedule, deliver, and evaluate training sessions. - Monitoring training outcomes and making data-driven improvements to enhance program effectiveness. - Supervising training staff and providing guidance on best practices in clinical psychology education. - Maintaining records of training activities, certifications, and accreditation documentation. - Collaborating with court personnel and community partners to address training needs and promote professional development. - Ensuring all training activities adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements. - Facilitating workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities for clinic staff. - Supporting the integration of new clinical methods and technologies into training curricula. - Reporting on training metrics and accreditation status to clinic leadership. - Fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, fairness, integrity, respect, and transparency within the training environment.

申请条件

Minimum qualifications include a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an American Psychological Association-accredited program, three years of post-internship experience applying scientific methods and principles of professional psychology, and two years of supervisory experience. Satisfactory completion of all requirements for a Ph.D. or equivalent directly related to clinical psychology is required. Graduation from the DC Court's Management Training Program may substitute for one year of supervisory experience, with documentation required. Must possess or be able to obtain within 180 calendar days of appointment a valid license to practice psychology in the District of Columbia Courts, with the incumbent responsible for all licensure costs and maintenance. Authorization for a criminal history records check is required, including release of adult criminal record information.
