As an Italian-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you will manage your own recruitment projects from sourcing through placement while working remotely as part of our international team.
Your responsibilities include:
Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various roles across different industries.
Conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
