Strength and Conditioning Coach

The Strength and Conditioning Coach will design and implement comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for Gonzaga University's athletic teams.

Responsibilities include: assessing athletes' physical capabilities and needs; developing sport-specific training plans to enhance performance, prevent injury, and promote long-term athletic development; instructing athletes on proper lifting techniques, speed and agility drills, and conditioning methods; monitoring athlete progress and adjusting programs as necessary; collaborating with coaches, athletic trainers, and sports medicine staff to
