The Manager, DRT Operations will oversee daily operations of the DRT (Document Review and Tracking) department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating DRT team activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.

Developing and implementing operational procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports for senior management.
