The Head of Systems Engineering will lead the systems engineering team at FranklinWH Energy Storage Inc., overseeing the design, development, and integration of energy storage systems. Responsibilities include:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the systems engineering roadmap, aligning with company goals and market needs. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and controls.
System Architecture: Architect and optimize energy storage solutions, including battery management systems (BMS), power conversion systems (PCS), and thermal management.
